Florazur HR Solutions, founded by Omkar Hate, began operations in January 2025 after being registered in December 2024. With professional experience in the HR domain at organizations such as Qodoro—a US-based staffing firm in Ahmedabad—and Wipro as a Payroll Associate, Omkar built Florazur on a foundation of integrity, principled leadership, and a forward-thinking mindset. He holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies (HR) from IMCOST, Thane, affiliated with Mumbai University (2020), and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies (Marketing) from the same institution (2018). His industry expertise and people-first approach drive Florazur’s mission to deliver reliable, modern, and impactful HR solutions.
