  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated CRM Executive with 2+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry. The role involves managing customer relationships, handling post-sales processes, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely payment collections while delivering excellent customer support.

Job Description

  • Prepare sales reports and submit them to management related to inventory management, customer balances, cancellations, and follow-ups.
  • Record all customer communications accurately in the CRM system.
  • Manage customer relationships and achieve assigned payment collection targets.
  • Plan and coordinate the Agreement for Sale and Registration process.
  • Handle complete documentation from post-sales stage to possession.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of RERA rules and regulations.
  • Provide professional customer support through phone calls and emails.
  • Respond promptly to customer correspondence and documentation queries.
  • Coordinate with customers for sales documentation and home loan processes.
  • Follow up with clients for payments and prepare weekly reports on collections, possession schedules, unit completion, and customer issues.
  • Handle customer grievances related to payment issues, loan processing, unit customization, possession, and clearance formalities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for due and pending installments, collection updates, processing, and filing of documents.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable travelling between Model Colony (Head Office) and Bhugaon (Site).
  • Prior experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred; candidates from other sectors will be considered secondarily.
